Seven Hours To Rescue Hoarder From Flat So Full of Junk They Had to Break Into An Upstairs Window
A hoarder had to be rescued by firefighter when care workers became concerned for her health.
Firefighters had to cut into an upstairs window when they were unable to reach the occupant via the downstairs entrance. As they did so piles of rubbish bags tumbled down to the streets.
The flat was occupied by a woman and her son who have been described as ‘Vulnerable’ by social services. The Daily Mail also revealed that social services had raised the alarm after losing contact with the woman and her son and being unable to reach them through their front door.
