Although this is not an ideal situation for any of us, we always think you have the make the best of a bad situation. Perhaps the enforced time off will give us all plenty of time to reflect, have a breather and appreciate the little things (and perhaps put that shelf up that’s been annoying you!)

Make the Most Of Your Time At Home

Whilst you’re at home staring at your four walls, it is also the perfect opportunity to start planning the home updates you’ve been wanting to get stuck into.

Make the most of the time and take the opportunity to make some plans and have a think about what you want to do.

After you have cleared out your cupboards, sorted your wardrobe and cleaned every surface within an inch of it’s life you will be able to take a step back and see what improvements or additions you could make.

There are some fantastic app’s and websites available now for free that will help you along the way.

It is a fantastic way to explain what you are looking for in your home, as well as getting ideas.  Like they say, a picture is worth a thousand words!

As well as home inspiration, Pinterest is much broader offering images for a wide range of life style interests, including health, cooking, home, beauty and fashion.

As with Houzz, you can follow different people and companies.  Langley’s has both a Pinterest profile as well, with boards and ideas available to browse and save. As with Houzz, you can share your boards.  At Langley’s we are always happy to collaborate and help with these.
